Especially at older Navis-models with their synthetic masts, could those be brittle after some time or half up to total broken. The etched masts are more filigree, simple to stick and if you touch them accidentally, it is simple to straight them back.
Mast type 3, fits together with warships between the time from 1905 to 1920, for example with the british Colossus-class or at the Neptune-class the main mast and the Collingwood-class or the Orion-class both mastes, fits together with further ships.
The etched piece is out of brass and 0.3 mm long, darkblack and matt sprayed.
You can also order it unsprayed as a brass-billet. The price applies for 1 piece, either black sprayed (on the left side of the picture) or brass-coloured (on the right side).
